P.S. Of course you are a taxpayer. The Tax Amnesty Law is about declaring what you haven't declared last 2005 and paying for taxes at a discounted price, thereby helping the goernmentt collect the uncollected (partially nga lang). You come clean, but you are tagged. Hmmm... Smells fishy. So choose: Conscience or Wealth? (Wealth, damn it!) hahahaha!

Who the fuck is Joey Salceda?

I am pissed to post this pic of his:



Grinning devilishly from left: Vice President Noli de Castro (a newscaster), President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (or GMA, the namesake of a popular TV station), and Tita Jose Ma. (Joey) Salceda (drag queen/economist/cheeky fucker/my favorite politician/ex-congressman-now-governor). Mr. Salceda comes from our province and has since been enriching himself via venturing in a political career and kissing the tiny arse of our dear President.

His statistics:
150 Million Pesos per term for the last three terms. A term is equal to three years. You do the Math. He does his.
